Now did test again, this time on popup i didnt clicked cancel but accidentaly clicked outside popup and it was gone and tasks still staying on 0% and only for quit it quit after 30s.

I repeated these steps and yes it 'appears' to be stuck, you must additionally click the cancel button on top where you initially clicked install. I agree it isn't the best in user experience, however that is something that needs to be addressed upstream. Please file a bug at bugs.kde.org thanks.

actually in some cases hittings cancel does not work. Upstream bug confirmed. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=459576
