Actually I've turned away from Ubuntu running Antergos now. I had this for a while in parallel, and I get along with it well. Registering that a rolling-release makes my life easier we still stumble into errors as having responsiblity for the systems of friends.

Even as the systems are set to install "recommends" this package was not installed as it's not packaged:
Upon upgrading the Muon-Notifier gets pointed to Plasma-

The same situation is given via the Kubuntu-
I would actually prefer to have the Discover-Updater opening when clicking on the Notifier-Icon instead of Plasma-Discover as the Updater provides a changelog-view by clicking on the packages name.

P.S.: As the package is non-existent in the repository this package was choosen.

Thanks for the report. This doesn't actually cause any problems as the notifier is now bundled with the updater, but we forgot to remove the recommends.
