Tray wifi icon opens a window where there are two tickmarks without any label whatsoever. See attached screenshot.

Why ubuntu-bug allows me to report bugs for packages I don't even have installed?
Since bugs are reported to launchpad now and not bugs.kde.org, is it worth it at all?
Do any KDE/Kubuntu devs look at bugs in launchpad.net ?
