Plasma regularly crashes after a wrong "Move To Desktop"

Bug Description
If a user has e.g. two virtual desktops, he utilizes the secondary button of the mouse to click on the title bar of a window, and chooses to move the window to the *same* virtual desktop where it is -> the "Move To Desktop" window stays there, and later Plasma crashes regularly when doing normal operations. I attach a backtrace.
Operating system: Kubuntu 16.04beta2, under Virtualbox.
Plasma version: 5.5.4

This bug still happens (although with less effects), in a Virtualbox machine, using a 17/007/2016 cd image of Kubuntu.
