Missing dependencies for qml-module-qt-labs-settings and qml-module-qt-labs-folderlistmodel

Without them Application Dashboard settings contain these errors (that I have to re-type because the text is not selectable):

Error: Could not load: fil:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.kicker/contents/ui/ConfigGeneral.qml:82 Type FileDialog unavailable
qrc:/QtQuick/Dialogs/DefaultFileDialog... there was something about Qt.labs.settings and I searched packages and found that installing qml-module-qt-labs-settings and qml-module-qt-labs-folderlistmodel is enough to fix this. I hope that's enough and I don't have to remove them just to reproduce it and re-type the errors.

The problem also happens with the development version of kubuntu 16.04, with all updates released till 12.01.2016 installed.
I confirm that it is fixed by installing the 2 packages: qml-module-qt-labs-folderlistmodel and qml-module-qt-labs-settings.
