Without them Application Dashboard settings contain these errors (that I have to re-type because the text is not selectable):

The problem also happens with the development version of kubuntu 16.04, with all updates released till 12.01.2016 installed. qt-labs- folderlistmodel and qml-module- qt-labs- settings.
I confirm that it is fixed by installing the 2 packages: qml-module-
