Bug Description
Ubuntu Mate 18.04 LTS, Nvidia 1050TI GPU, plank dock icons stop bouncing after a very short time - both Marco and Compiz. It's really annoying but applications still launch. Using Nvidia driver 390.48. There was no such problem under Ubuntu Mate 17.10.
