Bug Description

Please sync plank 0.10.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Changelog entries since current wily version 0.10.0-1:

   * New upstream release.
   * debian/rules:
     - Create shlibs version for stricter reverse dependency
   * debian/control:
     - Suggest libgee-0.8-2-dbg rather than libgee2-dbg
   * debian/patches:
     - Drop 1001_typo-in-AnimateRenderer-error-msg.patch, is upstream

This is a bug-fix only and translations update release.
