Please sync plank 0.9.0-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Contains bug-fixes and new features too.
Reverse-depends are ubuntu-mate-desktop and ubuntu-
which maintainers and developers are aware of this new plank release
and its changes.
