Please remove pkgme from Ubuntu

Bug Description

Ubuntu-only package that fails to build from source. Upstream hasn't been touched since 2013. Package doesn't work if you install it (complains about Cheetah not being available). Most likely would require significant work to get it creating packages to today's standards. No reverse dependencies.
