Bug Description
After loading and rendering an image with pixelize, gdk-imlib will cause pixelize to crash if you don't specify ".jpg" or ".png" as an extension while saving. Trying to save a file such as "foobar", "foobar.gif", or "foobar.tmp" for example will cause gdk-imlib to crash.
Complete output:
$ pixelize
GIF-LIB error: Wrong record type detected.
stat: No such file or directory
gdk_imlib ERROR: Cannot save image: /tmp/foobar
All fallbacks failed.
You should not see this. Submit bug against gdk-imlib package.
Error: Can't write /tmp/foobar.
Running Dapper Drake on AMD64 with
imlib-base 1.9.14-29ubuntu1
gdk-imlib11 1.9.14-29ubuntu1
pixelize 0.9.2-2ubuntu1
