Bug Description

detailed actions before the error:
 - opened pitivi project (hdv 1080i25 - derived from 1080i30 but with 25fps)
 - added two pictures into media library
 - dragged them into 2 seperate video tracks (at a different starting time - one of them at the beginning of the video)
 - tabbed into effect library
 - opened one of the combo boxes (do not exactly remember whether it was the left or the right one)
 - apport reported the crash
