Bug Description
I'm using the last Pitivi version 0.14.0 on my Ubuntu 10.04 64bit system.
I have noted that fade-in and fade-out for a clip became inactive if I apply some of the video effects. I mean that fade-in and fade-out (set by using the keyframe curve) works correctly, until I don't apply some video effects.
For example:
--> if I apply the "Dicetv Effect", the fade doesn't work any more. Same thing for the "Chromium" and "Pixeliz0R" effects.
--> instead if I apply the "Squareblur" effect, the fade will continue to work.
And so on for other effects, but I don't have tried all.
This issue is present with all kind of media (video, still images).

Indeed, I noticed this too. Filing a bug upstream.
