Bug Description

Cannot install package apitrace:i386. There is a missing dependency on python-imaging:i386 (see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-imaging/+bug/1641274)

---

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
apitrace:i386 : Depends: python-imaging:i386 but it is not installable

When trying to install python-imaging:i386 I get:
Package python-imaging:i386 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  python-pil python-pil:i386

E: Package 'python-imaging:i386' has no installation candidate

Description: Ubuntu 16.10
Release: 16.10

no longer affects: python-imaging (Ubuntu)
