So can we still upgrade to 2.0.0 ourselves in Ubuntu and ignore the Debian? Because the icc-profile feature which is only available in 1.5 and 2.0 is missing on the current 1.3 package in ubuntu, and packages such as darktable and gimp would immensely benefit from the icc-profile feature.

Also, 1.5.1 is already available at debian-experimental

too late for 13.10, as the feature freeze is over. However we should aim at porting openjpeg-2.0 to 14.04, and work should start *now* at a ppa.

I can't find a package under the name of openjpeg2 in the repositories, all I can find is openjpeg5 which is not at this version. Could someone please confirm what is happening with this?
