Bug Description

The Pidgin main buddy list window is missing nearly everytime i start it... (just the first time after a system reboot)

With all plugins disabled and just one protocol (icq) using it some offline messages shows up at startup but i cannot open the buddy list with neither clicking again on the top panel icon nor the icon in the side panel. I must quit it (which isnt that easy without the main menu) right clicking in the sidepanel and quit... Then starting again all is fine and buddy list shows up...

Guys, I recommend trying this, at least as a workaround: Go into Tools / Preferences and on the main Interface tab set "Show system tray icon" to "Always".

Reboot your system and invoke Pidgin from the Indicator applet menu (not from a launcher icon)... and see if it launches. If memory serves, clicking on it once will launch Pidgin (hidden) and clicking it again will bring up your Buddy List.

Hope this helps someone else.
