pidgin doesn't show menubar if autostarted

Bug Description
Pidgin is autostarted in Unity ( not sure with what tools, NOT from script (.xsession or whatever)).
Most of the time it doesn't show menu bar and have to be killed.
works fine if started manually after that

after update 1-3 Feb pidging doens't show menubar much more frequently.
That is after it is afterstarted (Unity interface, startup application) it has to be killed, then second time when I start it
from top panel (showing envelope) and only on third attempt similar to second it show up properly
