Bug Description
Since upgrade to 11.10 (and starting to use Unity for the first time) I'm getting weird behaviour with Pidgin. Previously, closing the contacts window with a chat window would leave pidgin running in the system tray. Now, closing it closes all of Pidgin, even if a conversation window is still open and active.
I've checked and the system tray option is still active, but I'm under the impression that Unity irreparably breaks system tray functionality, so I guess that doesn't mean anything.
Regardless, Pidgin should remain open if one of its windows is still open.

Additionally, once the contact list is minimized, clicking the dock open only re-shows the minimized window about 50% of the time. Is this a known bug with Unity's weird dock?
