Bug Description

Ubuntu 11.10 sets a default user picture. Pidgin uses that to set GTalk Buddy Icon. Even after unsetting it as the Picture to use, it reverts back to the user default pic from Ubuntu.

Expected: Don't set a Buddy Icon when I specify not to.
Happened: Set the Buddy Icon from Ubuntu regardless.
