executing the binary /usr/bin/pidgin more than one time

Bug Description
Binary package hint: pidgin
when you execute the command /usr/bin/pidgin more that one time it will result in an error:
"Exiting because another libpurple client is already running."
Instead it should bring up the already opened pidgin window.
Now that we have the indicator-applet this would be an important feature, since there is no way to bring the pidgin window to the front (unless you enable the tray icon, which is useless now that we have the indicator-applet)
