Bug Description

Binary package hint: pidgin

Also, it would be nice to include this patch - http://developer.pidgin.im/attachment/ticket/8198/pidgin-NOT-UPSTREAM-2.5.4-icq-russia.patch - which probably fix this very actual(at present time) bug for some users - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/319547

And here diff for upstream version with patch; i've included patch, compiled it at my machine and tested at jaunty with latest updates - looks like pidgin works fine.
