Bug Description
Binary package hint: pidgin
There's a regression in 2.1.1 regarding the "close tab" icons. pidgin now uses some custom 'x' rather than the proper icon from the gtk theme. It's inconsistent with other applications such as gedit and gnome-terminal and a bit confusing because it looks like it might be a link (it becomes underlined text when moused over).

Thanks for reporting this bug. The upstream status has switched to Invalid because what you describe was intended behaviour. Thus I'm invalidating it here also. See http:// developer. pidgin. im/ticket/ 2784 for additional info.
