Pidgin is stuck in Unity panel after start

Bug Description

After starting pidgin from messaging menu, it appears on Unity panel as expected but does not show main window, but it does not respond when you click it. You need to rightclick and select "quit", then open pidgin again from messaging menu. Second time - it behaves correctly.
