pidgin-sipe 1.5 in karmic unable to send IM's to members who are not in contact list

Hi,

    when ever we are sending messages to people in my contact list its working fine. but when ever i send messages to people who are not in my contact list its unable to send messages to them. just a blank window opens on other end.
1)Ubuntu release

3)What i expected to happen..
When ever i send messageusing pidgin-sipe to people who are in my contact list they are not receiving it.
4)What happened instead?
Just a blank window is opening at their end.. :(
