missing dependence on libguava-java

Bug Description

The package has not the dependence on libguava-java which is required to run java -jar /usr/share/java/picard.jar CollectAlignmentSummaryMetrics
Without libguava it returns an exception
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/common/collect/Lists
 at picard.analysis.AlignmentSummaryMetricsCollector.get3PrimeSoftClippedBases(AlignmentSummaryMetricsCollector.java:130)
 at picard.analysis.AlignmentSummaryMetricsCollector$IndividualAlignmentSummaryMetricsCollector.collectReadData(AlignmentSummaryMetricsCollector.java:356)
