Bug Description

There are several packages that are removed in Debian, or not currently fixed, that block phpunit's migration.

php-guzzlehttp-ringphp is scheduled for removal per the above bug.

php-sabre-vobject-3 and php-sabre-dav-2.1 have been removed from Testing.

I'm working on php-monolog right now, which might also end up removed (in which case we also need to udpate symfony) or I'll see if I can figure out the testcase failures.

This bug was fixed in the package php-monolog - 1.23.0-1ubuntu1

    not backwards compatible in various ways. Closes LP: #1749001.
