Bug Description

I believe this thing happened, because phpmyadmin's dependency wasn't clearly understood to Synaptic.
By mistake I installed PhpMyAdmin without MySQL-server and then while uninstalling, checked the box for removing DB, which obviously failed.

Steps:
1. Install PhpMyAdmin (Try DB steps, but obviously fail, since MySQL Server was not installed, retried a few times, then aborted)
2. Install MySql-Server
3. Uninstall PhpMyAdmin (Again Try DB steps, but again fail, so aborted).
4. Reinstalled PhpMyadmin, working fine
5. By then, I saw this crash icon, so submitting this report (Im not sure if this is a crash at all ??!)
