Bug Description

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

When one installs phpmyadmin with Ubuntu software centre, he gets no notification, no new item appears in his menus, no new bookmark appear in his default web browser, so he may have no idea about how to launch phpmyadmin. I would expect a new item in the "programming" menu (where MySqlAdministrator is), which would just be an hyperlink that would open a new tab in the web browser when clicked.
