Bug Description

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

pma_tracking is broken by default on installation of the package. When installed, the user is presented with a message of "The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here.".

Upon further investigation, the table has been created appropriately by db-config, however $cfg['Servers'][$i]['tracking'] is not defined anywhere to be seen in the configuration files accordingly.
