Tried to install phpmyadmin while having mysql-server-4.1 installed. It complained about not having mysql-server installed (no duh, i've chosen 4-1 ;)). I said abort, and it returned with an error.

the error happened when apt-get was installing php-myadmin. Probably the problem was that mysql-server wasn't installed yet.
