phpmyadmin install asked to delete no longer used database, which i replied yes to, then attempted to install new clean db which failed

Bug Description

Received a prompt to delete old database that was no longer in use. Replied affirmative to the prompt. New prompt came up asking if new DB should be installed. Replied yes. Received error.
