PhpMyAdmin bundled version isn't comptabilble with PHP 7.2 bundled version

Bug Description
Going to import or export tab throws an error. The error prevents those functionalities form working properly:

This bug is fixed in PHPMyAdmin Release 4.8.2 and would be resolved in updating the package.

Would be nice, if the package gets an update soon, because currently the shipped version is broken (or at least very annoying) and nobody wants to install a custom package or manually change code of the installation for this.
