Bug Description

i can not login to phpmyadmin

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

even if i try login without password message is :La configuration interdit une connexion sans mot de passe (voir AllowNoPassword)

notice that i changed file conf.inc.sample.php configuration
