Bug Description
When I open PhpMyAdmin 4.0.10deb1 I see this error in console
Uncaught ReferenceError: CodeMirror is not defined
Uncaught TypeError: $.cookie is not a function
It can't load this two script.
I tried to add manually into jquery-1.8.3.min.js the cookie.jquery script and "Uncaught TypeError: $.cookie is not a function" error disappear.
So I think that is something related to loading of JS.
I tried to load latest PhpMyAdmin version from source, and this not happen

This is because you have moved phpmyadmin out of /usr/share/ phpmyadmin and/or deleted files in /usr/share/ phpmyadmin. Your symbolic links are broken. Look at /phpmyadmin/ js/codemirror/ lib/codemirror. js and you will see. This is not bug of 4.0.10deb1.
