Bug Description

After upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04 I had the following error

error #1146 - Table 'phpmyadmin.pma_recent' doesn't exist

the way to fix it was to import the /usr/share/doc/phpmyadmin/examples/create_tables.sql.gz script
