Bug Description

Package installer assumes root MySQL user is configured with no password. If you follow the suggestions during the LAMP installation process and set a MySQL root user password, the phpMyAdmin installation will fail when attempting to configure the phpMyAdmin support tables. Either provide an way for the user to enter the root user password during installation of phpMyAdmin or instruct the user to make sure the MySQL root user is not using a password.
