Bug Description
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release: 12.04 AMD64
Used the command line to install MySQL server and client as well as PHP5 and phpmyadmin. Everything worked fine except phpmyadmin. The browser returned a 404. Up to that point, the browser returned pages from apache2 test and info.php. I then noticed phpmyadmin was listed in the Software Center. I then removed phpmyadmin from the Software Center and re-installed. It still didn't work. I then purged MySQL server and client along with phpmyadmin using the command line. Next, I installed them again from the command line. When I checked the Software Center, phpmyadmin was no longer listed. The command line install was made from http://
