Bug Description

The following dependency chain is stuck in proposed:
php-symfony-mercure-bundle -> php-lcobucci-jwt -> php-lcobucci-clock -> unsatistifed dependency on phpunit >=10.

phpunit 10 is currently present in experimental in Debian[1].

Since upgrading the phpunit will have a major impact, just leaving this bug for documentation purposes.

There are currently 80+ packages that FTBFS and will likely fail autopkgtests with phpunit 10:

We are not ready for phpunit 10. The best approach here would be to wait for or work with debian on the list above so we are ready for phpunit 10.
