Bug Description

apt-get install php5-suhosin on Ubuntu 12.10 creates proper suhosin.conf cofiguration file in /etc/php5/mods-available, however it won't symlink it automatically to /etc/php5/conf.d as dpkg does with other extension config files.

root@ubuntu-12-10:~# lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.10
Release: 12.10

root@ubuntu-12-10:~# apt-cache policy php5-suhosin
php5-suhosin:
  Installed: 0.9.33-3build1
  Candidate: 0.9.33-3build1
  Version table:
