Bug Description
[Impact]
* php-smbclient installs its .ini file in a non-standard location and thus will not be available to the PHP7.0 core.
[Test Case]
* Install php-smbclient, see if the smbclient.ini file is in /etc/php/
[Regresion Potential]
* The primary chance for regression is if a user edited /etc/php/
* If a user manually copied the ini file to the correct location, and edited it, the rebuilt package should not modify it.

Hello.
I have php 7.0 installed. I installed php-smbclient but it gives an error that /etc/php/
It turns out that the php-smbclient package installs the file in /etc/php/
To fix I had to copy /etc/php/
Thank you!
