On oneiric
php-memcached version 1.0.2-1build1

rusp@php2:~/src$ cat memcached_test.php

$mc = new Memcached();
$mc->addServer(localhost, 11211);
$mc->set("hi", "hello world");
$mc->getServerByKey("test");

rusp@php2:~/src$ php memcached_test.php
Segmentation fault

... EDIT: Insert $mc->get("hi") ....
