php5-imagick drawRectangle gives strange result

Bug Description

drawRectangle() from php5-imagick produces triangles with strokewidth > 2 on trusty (php5-imagick-3.1.2-1build1), but works fine on precise (php5-imagick-3.1.0~rc1-1)

Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) reached end-of-life on April 25, 2019.
