Bug Description
Comments beginning with # are deprecated in PHP 5. Occurs on all cli executions following sudo apt-get install php5-idn.
PHP Deprecated: Comments starting with '#' are deprecated in /etc/php5/
idn.ini should prefix with ";" not "#"
