Bug Description

Trying to read a HTML message with Horde/IMP after installing php-horde* on a clean server gives a status 500 error in the Apache logs and the new window remains blank:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot use 'String' as class name as it is reserved in /usr/share/php/Horde/Css/Parser/vendor/sabberworm/php-css-parser/lib/Sabberworm/CSS/Value/String.php

Downloading the text into a file and opening locally with the browser works fine and shows the HTML message. However, it doesn't work as expected within Horde webmail.

Description: Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Release: 16.04

php-horde-css-parser:

Would it be possible to sync this package with the latest Debian version? AFAICT its reverse deps will still match version 1.0.11-1.

FWIW, I installed php-horde-css-parser_1.0.11-1_all.deb from Debian and it fixes this issue.
