Bug Description

Running Phoronix-test-suite from a live CD of Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit and when the test finishes it attempts to open this page:

file:///home/ubuntu/.phoronix-test-suite/test-results//index.html

There are two problems with the above URL:
1.) too many slashes in front of the index.html file
2.) the index.html file does not exist.

All tests seemed to complete successfully, and some content does exist in the subfolder called:
file:///home/ubuntu/.phoronix-test-suite/test-results/pts-results-viewer
but there is no index.html file
