Bug Description

Using PhantomJS from C# (webdriver) causes:

Unexpected error. Error - Unable to load Atom 'find_elements' from file ':/ghostdriver/./third_party/webdriver-atoms/find_elements.js'

The package from http://phantomjs.org/download.html works.
