Bug Description

Test case.
- Enable developer mode on the tablet.
- Install phablet-tools on your desktop.
- Execute phablet-screenshot screenshot.png

Expected result.
- phablet-screenshot takes an screenshot and saves it as an image.

Actual result.
- Tool returns an error.

/bin/bash: /system/bin/screencap: No such file or directory
remote object '/tmp/screencap.png' does not exist

/system/bin/screencap is not shipped in frieza's image. An alternate method should be used.

It is not surfaceflinger, but a service that fakes part its binder interfaces, needed for video decoding as some of the binary blobs involved do calls to surfaceflinger.
