While running phablet-shell if the cable is disconnected or adb reboot is run, SSH continues running

Bug Description

It has been found that the SSH port remains open if the user has run phablet-shell but has not correctly closed it, eg by removing the USB cable or running adb reboot while phablet-shell is running.
