Bug Description

This morning I did an OTA to Image 98 (rtm/devel-proposed) and the update caused the phone to be stuck at the google logo. Adb devices didnt list it and hence I had to reflash my device. Since the phone was stuck at the google logo, I rebooted the phone into recovery mode and did,

ubuntu-device-flash --channel=ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/devel-proposed --bootstrap --revision=97

What I forgot was that bootstrap also wipes your data and thereby I lost my 3-4 weeks of dogfooding data. It would be handy if when using --bootstrap, the user is shown is shown a prompt informing them that their data will be wiped and if they wish to proceed.

summary: - Image flash arguments like -wipe and -bootstrap should ask for data wipe
+ Image flash argument like --bootstrap should ask for data wipe
