phablet-screenshot looking for the wrong filename

The mirscreencast tool must have been modified to add the refresh rate to the output file name.

File is now mir_screencast_768x1280_60Hz.rgba whereas screenshot looking for mir_screencast_768x1280.rgba

This angers me a bit as I added 'phablet-screenshot' to the mir test plan
