Bug Description

"CREATE EXTENSION pgfincore" results in an error in PostgreSQL 9.1.
ERROR: could not open extension control file "/usr/share/postgresql/9.1/extension/pgfincore.control": ??????????????????????

Please install the pgfincore.control in PostgreSQL 9.1.
